Contractor Paperwork and Resumes

Around The Clock Maintenance only hires 1099 contractors for the work we provide. All work is paid on a per job basis. Payment is based on completed closed out work-orders. Contractors are paid twice a month on alternating Fridays. Contractors on average are paid $50 a job. Contractors are routed 2-4 jobs per day based on what they choose to accept. Contractors are required to provide all tools to complete a job. If additional supplies are ever needed it will be stated in the job description. 

A typical day begins by Contractors receiving work-orders (jobs) by email every morning.  Contractors call the customers on the work-orders and schedule a time for service. The Contractor arrives at the site and completes the job. Hopefully, making the customer very happy. The Contractor completes paperwork pertaining to the job. Then uploads all information required about the job to the specified contact. The Contractor Bills for the service. The Contractor gets paid.
